Judson Sinton,

Jud is a thought leader in the field of IT architecture and AI enabled business solutions. In particular, he has extensive experience and expertise in industry leading technologies such as IBM Sterling Order Management Systems (OMS), IBM Order Management on Cloud (OMoC), and IBM watxonx AI. 

Jud has rolled out BOPIS, endless aisle, Ship-From-Store, B2B OMS, Inventory Visibility (IV) and numerous other leading edge omni-channel retail initiatives.

As a seasoned Principal / Solution Architect, he has advised organizations and led large teams on projects across a wide variety of platforms and domains, having particular in-depth industry experience in the Retail, Telecom, Supply Chain, Banking and Public sectors. 

Jud is based in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.

Jud holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from The University of Toronto as well as numerous IBM certifications in his areas of practice.

Indira Brown,
Executive Chair and President

Indira has consulted on, developed, and implemented national and global Talent Management, Learning and Development, and Organizational Development initiatives for major North American organizations from Retail to Telecom to the Financial Services and Banking industries.

Indira has also contributed her expertise in the not-for-profit and charitable sectors, including chairing, serving on, and advising various non-profit boards of directors.

An AI technology advocate and enthusiast, Indira has consulted on technology initiatives ranging from ERP to other specialized best-of-breed systems implementations, facilitating organizations in leading their people through sustainable and adaptable technological change.

Indira is based in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.

Indira holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from The University of Toronto and an M.Sc. in Organizational Psychology from Queen’s University, U.K.

Devika Tamilappan,
Lead Software Engineer

Currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark, having worked also in London, England, and with a depth of experience from her lengthy tenure in IT consulting in India, Devika brings with her a broad, global perspective.

Devika’s talents have been honed by over a decade of work in the Software Engineering field, including nearly seven years of experience in the e-Commerce fulfillment, Omni-Channel Retail space. This includes numerous consulting projects in the European and North American retail industries.

Devika’s extensive experience, knowledge, and leadership qualities have made her a vital member of our organization.

In addition to an IBM certification in her field of practice, Devika holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Anna University, Chennai, India.

Gopinath Nithiyanandan,
Technical Architect

Gopi brings to the table nearly a decade of experience in the retail domain, specifically in e-commerce order management.  His expertise in IBM omni-channel technology and software development is wide-ranging. Gopi has worked with top ranked multinational management and technology consulting firms and with high profile clients, particularly in the North American department store retailing sphere.

His wealth of experience, leadership, collaborative style, and solutioning capabilities make him a pivotal member of our team.

Gopi is currently based in the Greater Toronto Area.

Akash Saini, Lead Solution Architect

Currently based in Kitchener-Waterloo, Canada, Akash is a dynamic and innovative software engineer with an extensive background in the e-commerce and omni-channel spheres. He has worked for nearly a decade on software engineering and consulting projects with leading global retailers.

Akash’s depth of technical expertise, his solutioning capabilities, and his collaborative qualities make him an invaluable member of our team.

Akash holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University in Bangalore, India, and numerous IBM software Certifications in his areas of practice.

Poorna Hegde, Senior Software Engineer

Based in Mannheim, Germany, Poorna brings strong development skills and international perspectives to the team. Her background includes 5+ years of experience as an IBM Sustainability Software developer, including particular focus on Order Management, Operations, and Automation. Poorna’s work history includes time spent with some of the world’s largest leading management consulting and software firms where she has worked with clients across sectors. 

Poorna is energetic, upbeat, and an outstanding communicator.  These qualities in addition to her abilities as a seasoned programmer and her understanding of warehouse and distribution logistics enable her to make a wonderful contribution to our work, including providing coaching and leadership to the team.

Poorna holds a Bachelor of Engineering from  B. V. Bhoomaraddi College of Engineering and Technology, in India and is currently completing a Master of Science at the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

Vivek Jain,
Technical Architect

Based in Niagara Falls, Canada, Vivek brings to his projects nearly a decade of experience in IBM Order Management.  He has worked extensively in the Supply Chain Management, Freight & Logistics and Retail spheres with high profile clients including industry leaders in the fashion, department superstore, and automotive industries.

Vivek holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delhi, and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Anna University, Chennai, as well numerous IBM, Amazon Web Services, and other certifications in his areas of practice.

Priyanka Chandrashekar,
Software Engineer

Priyanka has enriched our team with her notable academic background, having worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Misrimal Navajee Munoth Jain Engineering in Chennai, India.

A published writer and academic presenter, Priyanka’s communication skills are outstanding. She is extremely able on a technical level as well. Priyanka’s depth of engineering knowledge in communication systems and telecom serve our team well as the world of e-Commerce, Order Management and Supply Chain increasingly converges with Internet of Things (IoT) technology.

Priyanka is currently based in the Greater Toronto Area.

Priyanka holds a M. Tech. degree in Communication Systems from SRM University in Chennai and a B.E. degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University in Chennai. Subha Sri Vadlamudi,
Software Engineer

An outstanding software developer, terrific collaborator, and supurb team player, Subha has worked on major IBM Sterling implementation projects in the retail and logistics/distribution sectors. These have included two of the first IBM Sterling OMoC Next Generation implementations worldwide.  

Subha has also engaged in leading edge software engineering projects in the IBM Supply Chain Intelligence Suite sphere and other sustainability software work.

Subha is currently based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

In addition to her Bachelor of Technology degree in the stream of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College, Subha holds a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) from JNTU, Hyderabad.

Rahul Ghosh,
Technical Architect

Based in Calcutta, India, Rahul brings over 15 years of IT consulting experience with some of the world’s largest and most successful companies in the retail, B2B and supply chain spaces to the technical leadership role that he plays on our team.

Rahul’s extensive work experience has primarily been focused on solutioning and implementation of IBM’s AI enabled Sustainability Software stack of offerings ranging from Sterling Order Management Systems (OMS) to the IBM Supply Chain Intelligence Suite. This work has involved application solutioning, custom architecture, design and development, application integration, and implementations. He has also engaged in upgrade work, systems analysis, and distributed systems design.

In addition to holding a B.Sc. from Calcutta University, Rahul holds a (PGDCA) in Computer Applications, D.O.E. He also holds certifications in the following IBM AI driven software applications: Sterling Order Management Systems (OMS), Supply Chain Intelligence Suite (SCIS), Envizi (ESG Suite), Maximo (Asset Management), and Maximo Visual Inspection (MVI).

Saranya Elangovan, Software Engineer

Based in Tamil Nadu, India, Saranya is a technology industry professional whose experience includes work in the digital media services sphere.

Mani Arigela, QA Analyst

Based in Andhra Pradesh, India, Mani is an experienced IT professional with a background in IBM stack software, particularly the sustainability suite. Currently, Mani works diligently on our Quality Assurance team as a Sterling OMS analyst and tester and recently he also undertook Sterling CPQ work.

His background notably includes user interface (UI) work in addition to backend work, and he is also trained on the use and implementation of Salesforce.

Mani has worked with clients in the Telecommunications, Software Consulting, and Distribution/Logistics industries. He is a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Mani holds a B.Tech. from BVCE which is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU)

Alekya Mamindlapalli,
Software Engineer & QA

Alekya is technically highly able and also passionate about the well-being of others both in the workplace and in the community. She recently completed a very successful initiative to help agricultural workers in India with automation technologies.  Additionally, her approach to both leadership and teamwork on projects is notably empathetic, responsible, and compassionate.

With a great balance of technical ability and interpersonal strengths, Alekya is an important member of our team.

Alekya is based in Telangana, India. She holds a B.Tech. degree with specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Software Development courses from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University in India. In addition to this program of study, Alekya has also engaged in learning in the Internet of Things (IoT) field.

Karthick Dhandapani,

Based in Tamil Nadu, India, Karthick is an experienced Sustainability Software developer who has worked with high profile OMS clients and leading technology organizations in India, the US, and Australia. He is currently providing leadership and consulting services with one of our top clients in the US B2B Distribution sector.

Prior to joining us, Sumit has worked in various practice lead, technical lead and consulting roles with some of the world’s largest and most respected and management consulting firms.

Sumit has worked with a broad range of clients. His work has included implementing and on-boarding major internationally located distribution centers and numerous other end-to-end solutions. His work with us will be focused on the B2B distribution and logistics industry.

QA Lead

Based in Karnataka, India, Ram leads one of our IBM Sustainability Software Quality Assurance Analyst teams. Ram brings to our projects more than a decade of experience in QA in various domains including e-commerce and IBM Sustainability Software.

Ram is very versed in how to lead end-to-end QA activities and especially in providing sophisticated metrics to the team and to client groups. He has worked with clients in the financial services, manufacturing, retail, and b2b/distribution industries as well as with some of the world’s largest and most well known IT consulting companies.

Ram holds an M.Tech from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering Bangalore (Karnataka), India, and a B.E. specialized in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev. Engineering College Bidar (Karnataka), India.
